Relating To Offenses Against Public Administration.

Abstract

Amends the offense of unsworn falsification to authorities to include knowingly making a false statement, in oral, written, printed, or electronic form, to a public servant engaged in criminal, civil, or administrative enforcement activity pursuant to the public servant's investigative or inspection authority.
